Rome Man Arrested By Oneida County Child Advocacy Center

A Rome man is facing charges for allegedly sending a nude photo to an underage girl.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says 18-year old David Kimball also invited the girl, who is under 17 years old, to engage in a sexual performance and sexual conduct.

Kimball is charged with Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor, a felony.

He was arraigned in Rome City Court and sent to the Oneida County Jail in $5,000 bail.

An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim, who has been offered services through the Child Advocacy Center.
