Rome Teen Accused Of Taking Stolen Car On Joyride

A Rome teen is accused of stealing a car and taking it on a joyride with two young children in the vehicle.

State Police say 16-year old Felipe Hernandez was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child

Troopers says Hernandez was driving the car erratically and had 9 and 12 year old passengers in the car with him.
