Schuyler Man Killed in Crash

A Schuyler man is dead following an accident on Cosby Manor Road last night.

New York State Police reported to the accident at approximately 9:00pm on Monday, February 3, 2014.

They believe that 30-year old Scott W. Shepardson of Newport Road lost control of his vehicle before it slid off the road and hit a utility pole with the driver's door.

Shepardson had to be extricated from the vehicle by the Schuyler Fire Department and airlifted to St. Elizabeth Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
