Scotia Man Charged With Rape

A Scotia, NY man has been arrested on a rape charge following an investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.

Investigators say 39-year old Christopher Rogers allegedly traveled to Oneida County three years ago and engaged in sexual relationship with a girl under the age of 17.

Rogers was sent to the Oneida County jail on $10,000 bail.
