Sex Offender Charged With Failing To Register Change Of Address

A Level 2 Registered Sex Offender has been arrested for failing to register a change of address.

Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say 58-year old Thomas DeCroce had not been living at his registered address in the Town of Remsen.

DeCroce was charged with failing to register his change of address within 10 days as required by law, which is a felony.
