One Starbucks manager proved that she will most definitely not put up with any crap-uccino -- even if it costs her her job.

In a video that has gone viral, a manager named Melissa at one of the coffee giant's locations in Queens, New York goes off on customer Ruby Chen, accused Chen of stealing a straw. The backstory is somewhat convoluted, so here's the video description to give some clarity:

she took my order of one frappuccino and one special straw. I didn't hear her coworker asking my name to put on cup at first because I was opening my reward app on my phone to pay, then melissa started to shout at me saying hey helloooo with very bad attitude. The only thing I said to her is "sry I don't hear you but you don't have to yell." And till now, I haven't figured out which word aggravated her. Then She took the scanner away as I was trying to pay then told me to leave and never go back. I was trying to ask other employees who I can speak to. She thought I am leaving with the straw on my hand (I picked it up before everything happened), she said I am stealing the straw.

As you can see, Melissa completely loses her cool and even exchanged words with other customers who weren't involved in the matter, but berated her for attitude.

Chen relayed her story to Starbucks on its Facebook page, but it's since been deleted. No matter -- the video has been seen nearly a million times and the company reacted more swiftly than the time it takes to misspell your name on a latte by firing Melissa.

It's just a for Starbucks to avoid the worst press since it tried to get into the civil rights discussion.
