New York State Police conducted an underage drinking compliance check in Oneida County.

21 establishments that serve alcohol were subjects of the intiative and 2 businesses were found to not be in compliance with New York State law.

22-year-old Leland Height of Oriskany was charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child and Prohibited Sale of Alcohol to a minor at the Cliff's Local Marker in Oriskany.

53-year-old Craig Weil of New Hartford is facing the same charges for sale to a minor at Seneca Wine and Liquor in New Hartford.

The following establishments were found to be in compliance with New York State law.
