State Police Find Meth Lab In North Bay

North Bay, NY (WIBX) - State Police say they discovered a methamphetamine lab in the garage of a home on Dixon Road in North Bay.

Police say 38-year old Randy Hallibaugh of Camden was the target of another investigation in February when his home on Main Street caught fire and a meth lab was discovered there.

Hallibaugh was charged with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine in the February incident.

He was sent to the Oneida County jail on $20,000 bail.

Troopers say new charges for the latest incident will be filed pending further investigation.
