Ulster County Clerk Taylor Bruck has refused to file a Texas court judgment targeting a New York doctor who prescribed abortion pills through telehealth.

"We will not be bullied into withholding abortion information from our patients," said McGill Johnson. "Our patients deserve to make their own health care decisions, not to be forced to have Donald Trump or Mike Pence make those decisions for them."
But the justices are staying out of the debate over a broader, blocked provision that would prevent a woman in Indiana from having an abortion based on gender, race or disability.
