Members of law enforcement in New York State are trained to read certain signs that could lead them to believe a driver might be operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. While it's probably not one of the more common signs, Troopers are quick to report that peeing in the roadway during the early morning hours on almost any given day, will most certainly prompt suspicion.
NYS Senator Joe Griffo, was among the attendees of the 49th Annual Awards Day Ceremony in Albany on Wednesday, and said, "this a great day to celebrate those in New York who work to keep us all safe."
New York State Troopers aren't hiding it at all. They're letting people know that they're looking for a certain group of people and giving them tickets.
