The Superintendent of the Rome City School District set the record straight on Thursday in regards to their plan going forward with in-person learning and their current school bus driver shortage.

The Rome City School District has extended its transportation survey until Tuesday.

The Rome City School District will be switching to remote learning for one week starting this Friday, October 1.

For the first time since the beginning of the Pandemic students in the Rome City School District will be resuming in-person instruction. The announcement came in the form of a letter from Superintendent Peter Blake.

The Superintendent of Schools at the Rome City School District says they had no choice but to start classes remotely.
