Teens Charged With Stealing Car In Ilion

Two Utica teens are facing charges after allegedly stealing a car from a home in Ilion.

Ilion Police say the 17 and 14-year old entered the home, took a set of car keys and stole the vehicle from the driveway of the home.

The stolen car was later found in Utica.

The teens were both charged with burglary, grand larceny and petty larceny.

Their names are not being released due to their ages.

The Mohawk Valley Crime Analysis Center assisted in the investigation.
