Three Charged With Selling To Undercover Agent

Utica, NY (WIBX) - An undercover operation led to the arrest of three Utica residents.

Timothy Secor, Marilyn Aquino, and John Wesby were indicted on several counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of a controlled substance after they allegedly sold crack cocaine to an undercover agent, police said.
