Utica's former Mayor and Independence Party official Tim Julian will join WIBX's Bill Keeler Monday morning at 8 to set the record straight on the recent court decision to reverse his endorsement of two Utica Council members.

Tim Julian Facebook:  By reading the paper and listening to the news, you may assume I did something wrong. I did not. Now my integrity is questioned as well as my word, by some people who couldn't shine my shoes. Keeler show, Monday. 8 am. Wibx 950 am. Time to set the record straight.

A State Supreme Court Judge on Tuesday threw out the endorsement of Common Council President Frank Meola and Councilman-at-large Jack LoMedico because the paperwork was improperly filled out.  Additionally, the Oneida County Independence Party voted to remove Julian as the party's executive secretary because they say he violated party rules.

The live interview will air following news at 8 a.m. on WIBX 950 AM or WIBX950.com.  Smart phone owners can listen live by downloading the free RadioPup app.

Independence Party committee member John Adams will also appear live on Keeler Monday morning at 6:30.
