Trial Date Set For Clayton Whittemore

The man charged with killing Alexandra Kogut of New Hartford in her dorm room at the College of Brockport last September was in back court today in Rochester.

21-year old Clayton Whittemore is facing a charge of second-degree murder.

A schedule has been set up for future hearings and a trial date.

Right now, a trial has been scheduled to start on September 30th.
