Two Utica Teens Arrested For Sexual Misconduct

Two Utica teens have been arrested for sexual misconduct.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says the 16-year old and 15-year old had sex with a 16-year old girl in August.

The teens, whose names are not being released, were both charged with sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.

An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.

The victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
