UPD Arrest Four After Unprovoked Attack On Minor

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Officials are reporting the arrest of four individuals who stand accused of attacking a minor. According to the report, 24-year-old Mark Williams, 20-year-old William McGrath, 19-year-old Naim Mendoza and 20-year-old Robert Torain, all of Utica, allegedly approached the teen and jumped him after one of the suspects, Mark Williams, punched him in the face. Officials say the attack was unprovoked. The four suspects are charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and 2nd degree Harassment.
