Utica Man Arrested Following Shots Fired Incident

A Utica man was arrested after Utica Police responded to a shots fired call at Adrean Terrace early Friday morning.

Police say 23-year old Rico Vega, who was with two other men, fled as officers looked to question him.  Vega, who ran between several buildings in the apartment complex, fell down and was taken into custody.

Officers found a loaded handgun and two spent shell casings.

Vega is facing charges including criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment.
