Utica Man Arrested For Inappropriate Conduct With A Minor

An investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center has led to the arrest of a Utica man.

28-year old Matthew Cummings is accused of engaging in inappropriate conduct with a boy under 17 years old in Utica this past July.

Cummings is charged with endangering the welfare and unlawfully dealing with a child.

An order of protection on behalf of the victim, was requested through the court.

The victim has also been offered services through the CAC.
