Utica Man Arrested On Child Porn Charge

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man has been arrested for allegedly possessing  child pornography.

Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say 60-year old John Killingbeck was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child after they found the images on his personal computer.

Authorities say additional charges are likely

Killingbeck is being held in the Oneida County Jail on $10,000 bail.

The case has been forwarded to the Oneida County District Attorney's Office for grand jury consideration.
