Utica Man Arrested On Child Pornography Charges

A Utica man has been arrested following an investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center into the possession of child pornography.

34-year old Brian Kowalski is charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child, both felonies

The arrest was the result of a search warrant that was executed at 1216 Stark Street in Utica.

Several computers and electronic devices were seized for further forensic examinations.

The Child Advocacy Center was assisted by members of the New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit and the Utica Police Department Crime Scene Unit.
