Utica Man Charged With Criminal Sexual Act

A Utica man has been arrested following an investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.

49-year old Joseph Farmer is accused of having sexual contact with a teenage boy.

Farmer is charged with criminal sexual act, a felony.

An order of protection was requested on behalf of the victim.  The victim was offered services through the Child Advocacy Center.
