Utica Man Charged With Rape

A Utica man has been arrested on a rape charge.
Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say 18-year old Elisha Patterson is accused of having sex with a 14-year old girl last summer at a home in Utica.
An order of protection was requested on the behalf of the victim.
The victim has also been offered services through the Child Advocacy Center.
