Utica Man Charged With Sexual Abuse

A Utica man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a child.

Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center have charged 25-year old Javel Boone with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

They say Boone had sexual contact with a child under the age of 17 in Utica.

The victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
