Utica Man Charged With Sexually Abusing Young Girl

A Utica man is accused of sexually abusing a girl under the age of 11 in Utica.

Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center arrested 28-year old Gil Torres and charged him with criminal sexual act, a felony.

An order of protection has been requested on behalf of the victim.

The victim has also been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
