Utica Man Facing Endangering Charge

A Utica man has been arrested by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center for an incident that happened last week.

Investigators say 46-year old James Wrana allegedly allowed a 12-year old female relative into his apartment while he was intoxicated.

They say Wrana allowed the girl to engage in activities that jeopardized her physical, mental and moral welfare, including drug use.

Wrana is charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

The victim has been offered counseling through the Child Advocacy Center and an Order of Protection has been requested.
