Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica man is facing several felony drug charges after police found him in possession of cocaine and marijuana at a street corner in East Utica.

Law enforcement officials say they arrested 18-year-old Robert Spratt of Lennox Avenue, and charged him with, Criminal possession of a controlled substance (CPCS) in the seventh degree; Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, with the intent to sell (Class "D" felony); Criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, with intent to sell (Class "C" felony), and Unlawful possession of marijuana.

According to the report, Spratt was found to be in possession of the illegal drugs at the intersection of Rutger and West Street in Utica. The suspect was taken to Oneida County jail awaiting his arraigned in court.
