Utica Teen Charged With Falsely Reporting An Incident

A Utica teen has been arrested for falsely reporting an incident.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says the 16-year old boy call the County's Child Protective Services hotline during the overnight hours of May 24th and 25th and made serious allegations.

During the course of their investigation, it was learned that the allegations were not true

The juvenile, whose name is being withheld because of his age, will appear in Juvenile Probation later this month.
