Victim Of Fatal Friday Night Crash In Oneida Identified

Oneida City Police have released the name of the victim in Friday night's fatal car accident on Lake Road.

Police say 38-year old Anthony Davis of Oneida lost control of his vehicle on a curve, went off the road and hit a mailbox.  The vehicle then turned sideways, struck a utility pole on the driver's side and came to rest next to a tree.

Davis was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation is continuing.
