[VIDEO] East Utica’s Modernistic To Re-Open As ‘Fabbio’s Modernistic’

East Utica's Modernistic restaurant now has a new name and a new look - Fabbio's Modernistic. 

New owner Rick Fabbio held the grand opening today at restaurant's Bleecker Street location and says after having a small cafe in Frankfort and a coffee shop in Little Falls, it was time to come back to his hometown.

“I’m very excited about opening my new business in Utica,” Fabbio said.  “There are positive economic development announcements almost on a daily basis in the City and the Mayor and his team were very helpful to me throughout the entire process. I encourage anyone looking to invest and grow their business to strongly consider Utica.”

Fabbio says the new Modernistic is now open and while they will be getting a beer and wine license, there won't be a bar because he wants to maintain a family atmosphere.

Fabbio's Modernistic is open 6 days a week and serves authentic Italian cuisine and pastries.
