Visitor Arrested For Bringing Oxycodone To Prison

Rome, NY (WIBX) - State Police arrested a Cattaraugus County woman for allegedly giving several oxycodone pills to an inmate while visting the Oneida Correctional Facility in Rome.

18-year old Cassandra Bennet of Delevan was charged with promoting prison contraband and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police say charges will be filed against the inmate for possession of contraband.
