Waterfront Grille Serving Up Great Food on Historic Erie Canal

The story of the Waterfront Grille in Herkimer started in 1977 at a night club called Studio 30 owned by Rocky and Barb Fiato. Today, the disco concept has developed into one of the Valley's premiere Italian-Amerrican restaurants located right on the historic Erie Canal.

Owner Rocky Fiato and his Chef Simone are cooking up two great dishes on this week's Plate Night.  First, an Italian classic, Chicken Parmesean and a flavorful Maple Glazed Salmon with saffron Jasmine Rice.

Waterfront Grille is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner with delicious dishes from pasta, chicken and veal to quality seafood and steaks.  There's outdoor

seating as well as a catering and banquet facility.  Waterfront is also the home of Erie Canal Cruises with Captain Jerry.
