Westmoreland Man Accused Of Having Sexual Contact With A Child
A Westmoreland man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a child.
The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says 39-year old Michael Archer subjected a girl under the age of 17 to sexual contact.
Archer is charged with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim, who’s been offered services through the CAC.
