Whitestown Man Arrested On Child Pornography Charges

A Town of Whitestown man has been arrested following a seven-month investigation into the possession of child pornography.
41-year old Mark Leuthauser is charged with one count of possessing a sexual performance by a child and three counts of unlawful surveillance -- all felonies.
Investigators with the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center say Leuthauser's house was searched and electronic devices were seized and forensically examined.
The investigation is ongoing and further charges are possible.
The Child Advocacy Center was assisted by the State Police Computer Crimes Unit and members of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office.
