Word Of Life Defendant Linda Morey Appears In Court

Word of Life Church defendant Linda Morey made a brief appearance in Oneida County Court today.

Oneida County District Attorney Scott McNamara told Judge Michael Dwyer he's presented 10 DVD's containing witness interviews and police reports to Morey's attorney.  Those are the same DVD's that were given to the attorneys of the other defendants who appeared in court this week.

McNamara reiterated that his office is ready to go to trial in the case.

Morey will be back in court for a hearing on May 5th.

Joseph Irwin will be in court tomorrow.

Bruce Leonard -- the father of Lucas and Christoper Leonard -- will appear in court next Wednesday.
