Annsville Man Charged With DWI Under Leandra’s Law

An Annsville man has been arrested for DWI following an accident on Taberg Florence Road in Annsville.

New York State Police say 30-year old Wayne Rouse, Jr. was allegedly driving drunk with three children, ages four, seven and nine, in the vehicle.

Rouse was charged with driving while intoxicated with a prior conviction, aggravated DWI with a child under Leandra's Law and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and was given numerous traffic citations.
