The Binghamton Devils are idle until they host the Utica Comets Friday night at 7:05 PM at the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena.  Binghamton will travel to Wilkes-
Barre/Scranton on Saturday evening.

Heading into this week Binghamton through 41 games has a record of 12-22-5-2 for 31 points and seventh place in the American Hockey League's North Division.  In two games last week the Binghamton Devils won a road game and fell at home before a sellout crowd.

The Devils scored five consecutive goals to defeat Springfield Friday night in Springfield by a final score of 5-3.  Then on Saturday evening the Toronto Marlies shutout Binghamton 3-0 at the Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena.

Jacob MacDonald leads the Devils in scoring with 30 points on 12 goals and 18 assists.  Tied for second in team scoring are Nick Lappin and Bracken Kearns with 26 points each.

Toronto leads the North Division with a slate of 30-11-0-1 for a 61 point total.  61 points is tops in the AHL.  The Marlies lead the Rochester Americans by three points in the division.
