Body Of Plane Crash Victim May Have Been Found [UPDATE}

The body of a Utica man who died last month when a small plane crashed in Ephratah may have been found

The Fulton County Sheriff's Department says remains found about a mile from the main wreck site are likely those of Frank Amerosa.

Amerosa, a cancer patient, was on an Angel Flight with his wife Evelyn.

They were returning to Rome from Boston when the plane went down.

The bodies of Evelyn Amerosa and volunteer pilot John Campbell were found the next day.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

UPDATE 4:15 pm.- The Fulton County Coroner's Office has confirmed that the body found on Wednesday is Frank Amerosa.
