[VIDEO] Boilermaker 2014: The Health and Wellness Expo

The 2014 Boilermaker's two-day Planet Fitness Health and Wellness Expo gets underway today.

The event is free and open to the public.

Part of the event includes getting down to business for runners, walkers, and race participants.  Race packets for the 15K, 5K, and 3-mile walk can be picked up (with photo identification).

Those wishing to register children for the 2014 Boilermaker Kids Run need to do so at the Expo.  The Kids' Run takes place on Saturday, July 12, at 8:15am.

In addition to the Kids Run the Expo features a Runners' Forum, cooking and health-related demonstrations, and child identification booth, pasta dinner, and the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.  WIBX will broadcast the ceremony live beginning at 2:30pm on WIBX950AM, through our live stream at WIBX950.com, and on our RadioPup app.

Mohawk Valley Community College is located at 1101 Sherman Drive in Utica, New York.
