Bomb Hoax In Annsville

A Taberg man is in jail after a bomb hoax on Sunday.

State police say they responded to a reported explosive device that was placed on the steps of a home on Main Street in Annsville.

After a two hour investigation that shut down Main Street between Church Street and Blossvale Road, it was determined that the device was not an explosive and Troopers arrested 17 year old Stone Lutz for placing a false bomb.

Lutz was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $5,000 bail.
