Utica, NY (WIBX) - Jurors will return on Monday to continue deliberations in the trial of Brian Brown, who stands accused of robbing two local banks.

Before being dismissed for the weekend, the jury sent out a note asking Judge Michael Dwyer if the verdict had to be unanimous on all charges. This, after the jury requested to watch surveillance video of the robbery of Bank of America in Utica in May.

They've also asked to again see portions of the video interrogation of Brown after he was taken into custody, specificially they are asking about video pertaining to Brown's miranda rights.

Regarding a unanimous verdict on all charges, Judge Dwyer would have to determine whether or not to accept a partial verdict, if the jury could agree on some of the charges but not others.

Brown faces a total of 11 charges including six counts of first-degree robbery, aggravated attempted murder and aggravated assault of a police officer.
