Utica, NY (WIBX) - Democratic challenger for the 22nd Congressional District, Dan Lamb, was confronted by head of the Municipal Housing Authority this morning.It happened during his planned stop at Peretta Twin Towers in Utica. Lamb was confronted by Dr. Taras Herbowy, Executive Director, City of Utica Municipal Housing Authority.

The video starts with Dr. Herbowy saying, "I don't like it and you better use your head in the future," as he stood at the entrance to Peretta Twin Towers on 509 2nd Street in Utica. At the end of the video, Michael Morosi, Lamb's campaign manager, explains what may have led to the confrontation.

Herbowy became agitated after learning that Lamb announced his visit to the media. He also blamed Councilman Frank Vescera, who's taking Lamb on a listening tour of the city, for politicicing the event. Lamb made his visit to the area public, saying he's stopping at Peretta Twin Towers and Kennedy Plaza Apartments, to hear concerns on Healthcare, Social Security and Medicare.
