Carthage Woman Charged With Manslaughter

Carthage, NY (WIBX) -State Police have arrested a Carthage woman in the death of a six-month old girl.

25-year old Amber Simpson is charged with manslaughter.

Simpson was sent to the Jefferson County Jail on $30,000 bail.

State Police will release more details on the arrest at an afternoon news conference.
