Complaints Lead To Arrest Of Frankfort Man For DWI

A Frankfort man is being charged with drunk driving charges after citizens called police to report that someone was driving erratically.

It is alleged that the victim, who is under the age of 21 and is facing underage drinking and driving charges as well, also left the scene of an accident where there was property damage.  The incident took place on September 2, 2013,

Ilion Police have released him to the care of a third party pending a court appearance later in September.
