Eaton Man Arrested For Attempted Robbery With A Knife

A Town of Eaton man is under arrest for Attempted Robbery.

New York State Police say, 22-year-old Jeremy Cook allegedly entered a convenience store on State Route 26 around 11 p.m. Monday with a knife demanding money.

Police say, the cashier recognized Cook and refused to hand over the cash.

Cook was later located at his residence and taken into custody without incident.

He's facing several charges including Attempted Robbery and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
