Ex-New York Mets and Kansas City Royals backup catcher Ed Hearn joins First News with Keeler in the Morning on WIBX to talk about baseball, his health battles and the ongoing 2015 MLB Playoffs.

Hearn backed-up Gary Carter during the Mets' 1986 World Series Championship season, then he traded to Kansas City in a deal that brought David Cone to New York. Not longer after, an injury, then a health scare ended Hearn's career. The now 55-year-old talks about his book - 'Conquering Life's Curves: Baseball, Battles and Beyond' - and more.
