Among the thousands of runners who crossed the finish at Sunday's Boilermaker 15K Road Race in Utica was a 68-year-old man from New Paltz, NY who just took up the sport of running a few years ago.

Dennis Moore - who is actually a neighbor of renowned distance runners Roger Robinson and Kathrine Switzer - has the privilege of calling Robinson his running coach and joined WIBX 950 at the finish line afterward to share his experience.

As many who've run the Boilermaker can attest to, the city, the course, race officials, volunteers and those who line the streets in Utica make the Boilermaker a top shelf operation.

If all goes as planned, Moore is headed to Iceland for his next race and hopefully onto the Boston Marathon.
