Garic Wins Pushrim Division At Miami Marathon

Local wheelchair racer Hermin Garic of Utica placed first in the pushrim division of the Miami Marathon on Sunday.

Garic, a member of the Sitrin STARS program, completed the race in a time of 2:07.18.

This was Garic's second 26.2 mile road race, following his completion of the New York City Marathon in November.

Garic placed second in the Boilermaker Wheelchair Division the past two years.
