Gulbin Sentenced To 24 Years To Life

A 32-year old Sherburne man will spend 24 years to life behind bars for killing his girlfriend's one-year old son last November.

Ian Gulbin was sentenced this morning in Oneida County Court.

Gulbin had pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.

He tried to withdraw his guilty plea, but Judge Barry Donalty ruled Gulbin's plea would stand.
