Herkimer Woman Charged with Assault Following Cold Brook Fight

A Herkimer woman has been arrested by State Police for an alleged Assault.

According to authorities, the incident occurred in the Village of Cold Brook. Police were dispatched to a fight on Grant Road.

An investigation revealed 27-year-old Kayla Farmer of Herkimer slapped and punched a 31-year-old female victim.

The alleged contact resulted in a broken finger and multiple facial contusions to the victim's face.

As a result, Farmer has been charged with 3rd Degree Assault and an Order of Protecton was issued in favor of the victim.
